How to use Crop PDF

1. Add your document

Upload the PDF and open the page preview.

2. Choose your settings

Drag a rectangle around the visible page area to keep.

3. Download and review

Apply the crop and download your PDF.

Before you process

Cropping changes the visible page area. It is not secure removal of hidden information; use Redact PDF for that purpose.

File limits and privacy

Guests can use this tool without an account within 25 MB combined uploads and 50 PDF pages per task. A free Google account includes 50 MB and 100 pages. Pro includes up to 1 GB and 300 pages, subject to the tool’s technical limits. Compare all plan limits.

Documents are processed on our server. Temporary results expire within one hour; Free account files are deleted after a complete download. Pro can save results in a private 1 GB library. Read how files are handled.
