ExportAsPDF processes documents you upload so you can convert, organize, edit and download them.
How files are handled
Files are processed on our server. They are not public or listed. Each upload has a long, randomly generated access link. Anyone with that link can access the session, so keep it private. Guest task files expire after one hour, with cleanup running periodically. Free account task files are deleted after a download response completes, with a one-hour expiry if not downloaded. Pro saved files are separate from temporary task files and count toward the 1 GB total library allowance. You can delete completed temporary sessions immediately.
Information we retain
An account is optional. Google sign-in shares your verified email address, name and Google account identifier with us. We retain account information, usage counters and saved-file metadata to operate your account. We never receive your Google password. We keep daily aggregate counts of signups, checkouts, Pro activations and completed downloads to understand how the service is used. These counts contain no document names or contents. Technical server logs may record your IP address, request times and errors for operation and abuse prevention. Document processing links and original filenames are excluded from access logging. Workflow recipes you choose to save stay in your browser.
Payments
Pro checkout and billing are handled by Dodo Payments. We retain customer and subscription identifiers, billing status and renewal dates. Card details are collected by the payment provider; they do not pass through our document processor.
No AI services
Your documents are not sent to generative AI services. OCR uses a local text-recognition engine. HTML conversion blocks external resources and scripts.
Before uploading
Upload only files you have permission to process. Check that HTTPS is active before uploading sensitive documents. Download important results promptly; temporary task sessions are not permanent document storage.
