A few straightforward terms.
Use ExportAsPDF only for documents you own or have permission to process. Do not upload illegal content, malicious files or documents intended to disrupt the service.
Review your results
Conversion, OCR and recovery are best effort. Formatting may change, and text recognition may be inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them. Repair cannot recover every damaged file. PDF/A output is not independently validated for archival conformance.
Signatures and redaction
The signature tool adds visible electronic signatures. It does not provide certificate-backed digital signatures, identity verification or signature-request delivery. Redaction permanently removes selected content; check your selections and final output carefully.
Limits and availability
File sizes, page counts and usage allowances depend on your plan. See Plans & limits for the current allowances. Some tools have lower technical limits. Tasks are queued, may time out, and can be rate limited. Temporary task files expire after one hour or after a Free account download completes. Pro saved files use the separate library allowance. Keep your originals and download results promptly.
Pro subscriptions and cancellation
Pro has US base prices of $4 per month or $40 per year. Local currency pricing and purchasing power parity may change the price for your billing country. Your payable amount, currency, taxes and renewal terms are confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Use My account → Manage billing to cancel future renewals, view invoices or update payment details. For assistance, email contact@exportaspdf.com. Scheduled cancellation retains access until the paid period ends. Usage allowances reset on their stated calendar schedule and do not roll over. Saved storage is 1 GB total.
Refunds and saved files
For billing errors, duplicate charges or refund requests, contact contact@exportaspdf.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. After Pro ends, saved files are unavailable on the Free plan. Contact us to arrange retrieval or deletion; keep your own copies of important documents.
